摘要: The effects of gastrin, gastric inhibitory polypeptide, secretin, and the octapeptide pancreozymin-cholecystokinin on immunoreactive somatostatin release were studied in isolated perfused dog pancreas. Gastrin at a concentration 65 ng/ml 25 produced prompt, but transient statistically significant, twofold rise mean concentration. Secretion 0.3 U/ml polypeptide 58 prompt two- to threefold release, which persisted throughout perfusion period. With all four polypeptides pattern response resembled that insulin. It appears pancreatic is stimulated by gastrointestinal hormones influence secretion insulin glucagon.
