摘要: Stress-induced gastric ulcer is one of the common complications affecting patients after trauma, mainly leading to gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation, severe cases may be life-threatening. However, molecular mechanism stress-induced remains unclear. In present study, RNA-sequencing was performed on tissues normal rats (C), (T0), recovered from for 3 days (T3), bioinformatics analysis determine changes in gene expression biological pathways. The protein–protein interaction (PPI) networks differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were constructed by STRING visualized Cytoscape software. associated transcriptional factor (TFs)–gene regulatory network hub DEGs also constructed. Pairwise comparisons obtained 103 (T0_C), 127 (T3_T0), 13 (T3_C) DEGs, respectively. Gene ontology (GO) enrichment indicated T0_C T3_T0 significantly enriched response oxygen-containing compound, organic substance, external stimulus. Pathway suggested that TNF signaling pathway, PPAR apoptosis, IL-17 pathway. Seven (Fos, Jun, Nfkbia, Dusp1, Pim3, Junb, Fosb) PPI T3_T0. Key TFs with close interactions, such as Fos, Egr1, Fosb, screened This study used screen out ulcer, which can help reveal development restoration, provide reference treatment human ulcers.
