摘要: The temporal evolution of domain structure and its piezoelectric behavior ferroelectric material BaTiO3 during the transition process from rhombohedral to tetragonal phase under an applied electric field have been studied by employing Landau–Ginzburg theory phase-field method. results obtained show that, transformation process, intermediate was monoclinic MA phase, several peak values coefficient appeared at stage where obvious change pattern occurred. In addition, comparing cases with different frequencies, it found that maximum decreased increasing frequency value. These are great significance in tuning properties engineering domains ferroelectrics, could provide more fundamentals design devices.
