摘要: The role of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways in the secretion tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha, interleukin (IL)-10, IL-8, and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) was investigated human monocytes that were infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv. Analysis extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1 2 (ERK1/2) p38 showed rapid phosphorylation both subfamilies response to M. Using highly specific inhibitors (SB203580) MAPK kinase-1 (U0126 PD98059), we found ERK essential for H37Rv-induced TNF-alpha production, whereas activation pathway, but not ERK, IL-10 production. Interestingly, p38, critical MCP-1 from However, IL-8 regulated by ERK1/2 or MAPK. Collectively, these results suggest induction pathway is required expression TNF-alpha, IL-10, during H37Rv infection.
