摘要: Resonance Raman (RR) and UV-visible (UV-vis) spectroscopy have been applied to the study of sapphyrin localization in tumor human pancreatic adenocarcinoma-bearing mice. The photosensitizer was subcutaneously injected, kinetics drug biodistribution followed a time scale from 1 9 days. RR spectra tissue samples UV-vis absorption extracts water/methanol (1:4 v/v) mixture were measured. Spectral data used identify presence estimate relative content various tissues at times after last injection. Results showed preferential tissue. Maximal observed 6 days obtained by good agreement with each other.
