摘要: Serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCCa) concentrations were determined by a radioimmunoassay kit before and during the treatment of 50 patients with cervical carcinoma: 44 (SCC) 6 adenocarcinoma. The positivity rate SCCa was 50% (52% for SCC 33% adenocarcinoma). sensitivity twice as high that CEA CA-125. Low serum observed in early-stage carcinoma, indicating is not useful diagnosis. In advanced cases, levels directly significantly correlated stage disease.
