摘要: Flow-induced fiber orientation can vary significantly across the thickness of injection molded parts and is usually present in form through-thickness layers. In this work, was examined both on flow plane through thickness. The a shell layer with direction core mainly transverse to were measured via microscopy. effect filling speed mold plaque morphology identified. Mold-filling simulations undertaken order provide characteristic orientations as well frozen at end gap-wise shear rate gradients. combined high regions correlated experimental thicknesses.
