摘要: Slug, a vertebrate gene encoding zinc finger protein of the Snail family, is expressed in neural crest and mesodermal cells emigrating from primitive streak. Early chick embryos were incubated with antisense oligonucleotides to Slug. These specifically inhibit normal change cell behavior that occurs at two sites emerging body plan which expressed. This change, transition epithelial mesenchymal character, formation mesoderm during gastrulation on emigration neutral tube.
