摘要: Background Nestin is an intermediate filament protein that has been implicated in early stages of neuronal lineage commitment. Based on the heterogeneous expression nestin GBM and its potential to serve as a marker for dedifferentiated, perhaps more aggressive phenotype, Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG) sought determine prognostic value newly diagnosed patients treated prior prospective RTOG clinical trials.
