摘要: Abstract Data on grain boundary ensembles are presented for a wide class of materials characterized by susceptibility to annealing twinning and twin morphology. The spectra energies their variation versus temperature, presence impurities additional energy related extrinsic defects considered with view explaining physical features distributions.
