摘要: The civil and environmental decision-making processes are plagued with uncertain, vague, incomplete information. Interval linear programming ILP is a widely applied mathematical method in assisting decision making under uncertainty. However, the existing approach found to be ineffective generating operational schemes for practical support due lack of linkage between risk system return. In addition, interpretation solutions represented as lower upper bounds variables can cause problems infeasibility nonoptimality resulted implementation schemes. This study proposed explicit REILP overcome limitations approaches. explicitly reflects tradeoffs return problem an interval- type uncertainty environment. A function was defined enable finding which maximize while minimizing risk, hence leading crisp that feasible optimal making. numerical experiment on land-use total maximum daily load conducted illustrate approach. model results show able efficiently explore interval space generate front directly tradeoff risks return, allowing makers make effective based risk-reward information generated by modeling analysis.
