摘要: Purpose: The molecular basis for the normal cervical squamous epithelium advance to intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN I, CIN II, III) and ultimately invasive carcinoma has not yet been defined. We explored abnormal expression of ITCH (AIP4) its degrading substrate Large Tumor Suppressor 1 (LATS1) in CINs cancers, which might disrupt differentiation epithelia contribute tumorigenesis cervix. Methods: A series 110 samples, comprising 24 cases tissues, 20 26 II/ III 40 cancer cervix (SCC) were used analysis. LATS1 was assessed tissues by immunohistochemistry, statistically analyzed SPSS13.0. Results: increased nuclear cytoplasmic levels low membrane strongly associated with malignant transformation histological progression SCC. Moreover, high significantly correlated clinical stage (P=0.036, P=0.003, respectively) tumor size (P=0.046,P=0.039, respectively); (P=0.036)and (P=0.023). Both inversely (P<0.001, P<0.001, respectively). Conclusions: up-regulation down-regulation closely SCC; therefore, inhibiting may serve as a novel therapeutic strategy impeding precancerous neoplasm
