摘要: TNF-a and IL-10 are regulatory cytokines that participate in the immune response acting either as pro-inflammatory or anti-inflammatory mediators, respectively. It has been shown levels of these mediators influence susceptibility outcome different infectious, allergic autoimmune pathologies. An important number polymorphisms on promoter region corresponding gene have related with expression synthesis cytokines, particular polymorphism positions -308 -1082, -819 -592 IL-10.
