摘要: Abstract Glucagon has a potent pharmacological effect in reducing serum-triglyceride concentrations man and animals. The concentration of this hormone is raised some patients with endogenous hyperlipaemia rats analogous artificially induced hyperlipaemia. It suggested that " glucagon resistance may result the seemingly inappropriate increase serum hyperlipaemic patients, contribute to evolution lipaemia by means loss normal lipid-lowering action glucagon.
