摘要: On computed tomography (CT), intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas (ICC) are a visibly heterogeneous group of tumors. The purpose this study was to investigate the associations between CT imaging phenotypes, patient survival, and known genetic markers. A retrospective performed with 66 patients surgically resected ICC. Pre-surgical images ICC were assessed by radiologists blinded tumor genetics clinical data. Associations qualitative features overall survival (OS) disease-free (DFS) Cox proportional hazards regression visualized Kaplan–Meier plots. radiographic pathways (IDH1, Chromatin RAS-MAPK) Fisher’s Exact test Wilcoxon Rank sum where appropriate corrected for multiple comparisons within each pathway using False Discovery Rate correction. Three significantly associated higher risk death: necrosis (hazard ratio (HR) 2.95 95% CI 1.44–6.04, p = 0.029), satellite nodules (HR 3.29, CI:1.35–8.02, vascular encasement 2.63, 1.28–5.41, p = 0.029). Additionally, increase in axial size, death increased 1.14, 1.03–1.26, Similar findings OS, 3.81, 1.88–7.71, p = 0.002) 2.25, 1.24–4.06, p = 0.019) recurrence/death. No significant found genes IDH1, or RAS-MAPK (p = 0.63–84). This preliminary analysis suggests OS DFS. association identified currently pathways.
