摘要: Chromatographic behaviour of the rare earth elements on C-18 bonded silica reversed-phase material has been investigated in aqueous lactate media. The lactatocomplexes earths are distributed and fractionated column by a mobile phase gradient technique presence hydrophobic ions. effects concentration pH, methanol ion concentrations eluents have detail to best resulution adjacent elements. Port-column reaction with arsenazo(III) is used detect separated lactatocomplexes. This partition system suited separate all within 40 min good reproducibility.
