摘要: The porcine antral follicles, 3–6 mm in diameter, were dissected from the ovaries of mature pigs, and then granulosa cumulus cells isolated each follicle. In atretic high activity neutral Ca2+/Mg2+-dependent endonuclease DNA ladder formation, estimated by electrophoresis, noted but not cells. Extremely low no formation observed both types obtained healthy follicles. Moreover, apoptotic histochemically among only. A good correlation (r=0.987) between progesterone/estradiol ratio follicular fluid follicle was found. These results suggest that apoptosis occurs follicles pigs.
