摘要: A group of structurally similar dihydropyridine calcium antagonists (DHPs) and related compounds were used to simulate a combinatorial library. molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) comprising felodipine (FLD) was synthesized in situ inside the capillary for use separation FLD from other DHPs by pressurized electrochromatography (pCEC). To evaluate feasibility using MIP columns FLD, parameters including pH, applied voltages, effect organic modifier studied. The results indicated that demonstrated better recognition properties over pH range 4-6. efficiency (plates/m) at 5.0 non-imprinted analytes 117,000 thiourea, 18,700 nicarpidine, 17,300 nisoldipine, 14,600 nifedipine; however, analyte low, as evidenced broad peak, yielding only 5,100 plates/m. column also investigated under both micro-HPLC pCEC conditions.
