摘要: — A new photoreaction is described, in which alcohols add to purine. The adducts of methanol, ethanol (two isomers), and isopropanol have been isolated characterized by chemical analysis, their u.v., i.r., NMR mass spectra. Mainly on the basis data using deuterated-purine adducts, it shown that addition involves bonding between α-carbon alcohol 6-carbon purine ring. quantum yield reaction, at 254 ran, about 0·2 dry, deoxygenated or isopropanol. reaction appears be rather general, as experiments pyrimidine several other simple nitrogen heteroaromatic molecules. RESUMEN Se describe una fotorreaccion de adicion alcoholes a purinas. Los productos obtenidos por la metanol, dos isomeros del etanol e se han aislado y caracterizado mediante analisis quimico, ademas sus espectros masa, UV, 1R NMR. Fundamentalmente sobre base datos usando purinas deuteradas, ha demostrado que involucra union entre el carbono α carbono-6 anillo base. El rendimiento cuantico reaccion, nm es aproximadamente en o deoxigenados secos. La reaccion parece ser algo como lo demuestran los experimentos realizados pirimidina algunas otras moleculas heteroaromaticas.
