摘要: The conception and realization of an imaging microspectrometer, limited to optical volume 11 × 6 5 mm3, is presented. spectrometer based on a multi-order concept offers overall spectral bandwidth 400 – 1030 nm with better than 2.5 resolution in the visible range. numerical aperture NA = 0.2 allows appropriate energy efficiency. As most essential element concave diffraction grating diameter mm image distance f 8.6 was manufactured holographic recording process. For process specifications require two point sources very close proximity. To provide source below 1 introduction supplementary hologram employed.
