摘要: We describe the concept of a super compact diffractive imaging spectrometer, with optical components few millimeters across in all dimensions, capable detecting fluorescence spectra within entire visible spectral range from 400 nm to 700 resolution order 2 nm. In addition, proposed spectrometer is working simultaneously multiple, up 35, independent input channels. A specially designed element integrated planar waveguide key component device. preliminary experimental tests, uniform grating microlens was used mimic operation element. microspectrometer measured below 1 cm dimensions covers 450 650 and shows 0.5 at wavelengths close 514 633
