摘要: REAL-TIME HIGH RESOLUTION INTEGRATED OPTICAL MICRO- SPECTROMETER by SABARISH CHANDRAMOHAN AUGUST 2014 Advisor: Dr. Ivan Avrutsky Major: Electrical Engineering Degree: Master of Science A real-time integrated planar single-mode waveguide grating micro-spectrometer with high resolution 0.5 nm in 120 wide range visible spectrum, from 525 to 645 is demonstrated.
