摘要: E, EA and EAC rosetting techniques Ig fluorescence were used in a study of receptor sites cryostat sections lesions through the spectrum leprosy, for comparison some other mycobacterial granulomatous lesions. Anti-C3, trypsin as blocking agents. Lymphocytes borderline lepromatous leprosy produced adherence IgG indicating B type cells. tuberculoid neither E or no fluorescence; these cells presumed to be T was more marked areas macrophage infiltration, where there few lymphocytes, than over lympocytes themselves. Two distinct patterns emerged: (i) binding together with seen active could localised surface individual macrophages, (ii) IgM granuloma sarcoidosis, but not definitely related cell surface; rather it diffusely spread whole granuloma; diminished by anti-C3 serum. Trypsin removed completely, only adherence. It is suggested that pattern indicates immunoglobulin receptors on lymphocyte surfaces: (which stronger EA) involves C3 at extracellular well epithelioid surfaces. enhanced reaction erythema nodosum leprosum, suggesting complement increase number hypersensitivity.
