摘要: Abstract The objective was to determine the optimal concentration of heparin for sperm capacitation, as well in vitro fertilization using flow cytometrically-sorted from individual bulls. A total 5327 bovine oocytes and four bulls were examined. Oocytes slaughterhouse ovaries matured TCM199 22–24 h. Flow unsorted control same cryopreserved.
