摘要: Liposomes encapsulating uranyl acetate or ferritin were injected intravenously into mice. At periods of 20 min, 1 h and 4 post-injection, animals killed, livers excised. Transmission electron micrographs liver tissue showed association oligolamellar liposomes with mitochondria for each time period. an average one out ten was associated liposomes. In most cases, the clearly enclosed in a cytoplasmic vacuole. Phagocytosis by Kupffer cells as well fusion primary lysosomes inclusion secondary observed.
