摘要: The enunciation of the T helper 1/T 2 (Th1/Th2) paradigm in pregnancy has represented a major step forward our understanding physiological and pathologic materno-foetal relationship. However, recent developments studies implantation process emergence uterine vascular bed its control by natural killer cells cytokines suggest that one must go beyond this hitherto useful scheme. In review, we replace historical context then emphasises what it does explain no longer account for. A final reappraisal is suggested.
