摘要: Transmission electron microscopy observations of hemlock sawdust that had been incubated with concentrated filtrate from Postia placenta showed wood was degraded despite the absence weight loss and release reducing groups. These results are contrary to prevailing views enzyme preparation brown-rot fungi unable degrade wood.
