摘要: The Wolbachia endosymbiont of spiders has not been extensively examined. In order to investigate the distribution, evolutionary history, and reproductive phenotype in China, we tested 11 geographic populations Hylyphantes graminicola. infection detected each population. 10 strains have characterized by multilocus sequence typing (MLST). Phylogenetic analyses indicated that eight H. graminicola belonged supergroup B, two A. No correlation existed between diversity host’s distance. significant was observed pairwise distance COI genetic divergence associated strains. We also found frequencies hosts varied over space.
