摘要: The present work attempts to interpret the groundwater vulnerability of Melaka State in peninsular Malaysia. state pollution is a critical issue particularly respect increasing population, and tourism industry as well agricultural, industrial commercial development. Focusing on this issue, study illustrates map for using DRASTIC model together with remote sensing geographic information system (GIS). data which correspond seven parameters were collected converted into thematic maps by GIS. Seven defining depth water level, net recharge, aquifer media, soil topography, impact vadose zone hydraulic conductivity generated develop map. In addition, was integrated land use generating risk assess effect activities vulnerability. Three types zones assigned both map, namely, high, moderate low. that an area 11.02 % low vulnerability, 61.53 23.45 high whereas indicates 14.40 47.34 38.26 area. most exists around Melaka, Jasin Alor Gajah cities State.
