摘要: Summary A destabilization effect of oxalates on the membranes parenchymatous cells Beta vulgaris roots was demonstrated by measuring efflux betacyanins at 45°C. This effect, which is concentration dependent, detected with potassium oxalate as low 1 mM. Glycine betaine found to inhibit pigment when present in external medium along oxalates. The antagonistic other betaines and related compounds against deleterious also reported. It suggested that such an interaction could play a role adaptative responses Chenopodiaceae saline conditions.
