摘要: We report the combination of "click chemistry" with PCR by using alkyne-modified triphosphates for efficient and homogeneous labeling DNA. A series modified products different lengths (300, 900, 2000 base pairs) were prepared a variety alkyne- azide-containing polymerases. After intensive screening real-time methods, protocols developed that allow amplification genes these similar efficiency to standard PCR.
