摘要: Five specimens of normal mammary tissue and 53 primary breast carcinoma lesions were tested for expression HLA antigens components the antigen-processing machinery by immunohistochemical staining. The transporter associated with antigen processing (TAP) 1, TAP2, class I in was significantly tumor grading. Like tissue, 16 low-grade (G1) showed strong staining TAP1, antigens. In contrast, only 12 (32%) 37 high-grade (G2 G3) displayed pattern. 14 (38%) lesions, down-regulation observed without loss low molecular mass polypeptide and/or TAP Congruent TAP1 or TAP2 found 8 (22%) lesions. Complete antigens, 3 (8%) No lesion negative while positive These data demonstrate an association progression carcinoma. This suggests that may represent escape from host's immune pressure reflect accumulation abnormalities neoplastic progression. defects presentation turn be responsible reduced recognition malignant cells putative clinically relevant tumor-specific T cells.
