摘要: The activation of human peripheral blood leukocytes or murine splenocytes with interleukin-2 (IL-2) generated cells that were lytic in vitro for a variety fresh tumor cells. adoptive transfer such lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) to mice established pulmonary sarcoma metastases was highly effective reducing the number (and size) these nodules when combined repeated injections recombinant IL-2. These findings provide rationale clinical trials infusion LAK IL-2 as well Phase I systemically into humans.
