摘要: Abstract The incidence of intracoronary thrombus and the effects thrombolytic therapy were studied in 41 patients with unstable angina. All underwent coronary angiography 2 to 69 h (mean 19) after their last attack chest pain. Immediately angiography, 21 received streptokinase (250,000 IU 45 min) retrospectively analyzed. Twenty intravenous recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator (rt-PA) (100 mg 3 h) involved a prospective study. Eleven from group 11 20 rt-PA showed decrease severity stenosis on repeat 1 day later. A obstruction was primarily observed 10 13 patient; complete 6 9 subtotal markedly diminished flow. Improvement anatomy not determined by clinical characteristics patients. Twenty-eight had angiographic evidence formation before 16 such treatment. Nine developed small increase serum cardiac enzymes or during Ischemic symptoms surgical angioplastic intervention different without reduction artery fibrinolytic therapy. These observations suggest high thrombosis data do permit assessment therapeutic efficacy thrombolylic Better risk stratification placebo-controlled studies are required obtain information risk/benefit ratio
