摘要: Recent studies have suggested that antibodies against the variable (V) regions of T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) may be used as markers for clonality and malignancy in infiltrates. We investigated this by examining biopsy samples from 45 patients with cutaneous lymphomas (CTCL) reactivity seven different V-gene families on TCR alpha/beta heterodimer, i.e. ICI (V beta 5a), W112 5b), OT145 6a), 16G8 8a), S511 12a), F1 alpha 2a) LC4 (alpha Va). Serial biopsies were available 13 a total 62 studied. The neoplastic cells five cases positive either V 5 (one case), 6 8 (two cases) or 12 case). In remaining 40 cases, no staining was seen cells. These findings indicate while V-regions clonotypic certain neoplasms, there is yet not sufficient number anti-TCR V-region routine diagnosis these conditions.
