摘要: The volumes of Chinese hamster V/sub 2/79-171b multicellular spheroids grown in spinner culture were measured and correlated to DNA distribution cell volume information. Spheroid growth curves obtained over a 21 day period using both electronic measurements microscope micrometer sizing. collected from the aperture tube after sizing, single suspensions prepared via trypsinization.
