摘要: A procedure to estimate equilibrium adsorption parameters as a function of the modifier concentration in linear gradient elution chromatography is proposed and its reliability investigated by comparison with experimental data. Over past decades, analytical solutions so-called model under conditions were derived assuming that proteins molecules access same fraction pore size distribution porous particles. The present approach developed this work accounts for exclusion effect resulting different exclusions modifier. new solution was applying perturbation theory differential equations, 1st-order approximated presented work. Eventually, turnkey reliable efficiently isotherm from experiments proposed.
