摘要: Mutations in the p53 gene were detected 58% of tumor DNAs patients with a family history breast cancer (FHBC) compared to 13% sporadic cancer. Seven 18 FHBC tumors contained same G C transversion codon 156. Novel alleles altered length seen one or more loci on chromosome 17 15 but only single locus 8 14 The frequency mutations p53, often multiple, accompanied by appearance multiple altered-length suggest that DNA recplication repair defects may presage genomic instability cases
