摘要: Purpose: The aim of this prospective study is to describe the association comorbid behavioral and somatic factors in children with different forms nocturnal enuresis daytime incontinence referred a tertiary center.Materials Methods: A total 166 consecutive 5.1 16.4 years old were for detailed assessment between January 2004 July 2006. Evaluation included history, pediatric examination, 24 48-hour voiding protocols, sonography uroflow. Parents filled out Child Behavior Checklist, standardized parental questionnaire consisting 113 problem items. ICD-10 diagnoses given based on mental state examination mutual consensus conferences.Results: In full sample externalizing disorders more than twice as common internalizing disorders.
