摘要: The wine Common Market Organisation has established two concepts for recognizing the quality of wines in European Union (EU). first corresponds to so-called Protected Designation Origin (PDO), and second Geographical Indication (PGI). set Spanish PDOs includes subset DOs (Designation Origin), which have been recognized as by authorities since 1932. Spain accounts 67 but, due a lack data, only 34 them are suitable carrying out our analysis. We will analyze efficiency this 2008, 2009 2010 seasons resorting Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) using new additive based measure known BAM (Bounded Adjusted Measure). Since we panel also evaluate productivity associated with data Malmquist indexes. Our results show that behavior is uniform over time periods analyzed experiments minor irrelevant changes. They three very good competitive position while another bad position. end up suggesting some economic reasons explaining these results.
