摘要: Microgravity affects certain physical properties of fluids, such as convection movement and surface tension. As a consequence, cells living organisms may exhibit different behaviour in space, which result from differences the immediate environment cell or changes structure membrane microgravity. Two experiments to examine effects microgravity on microenvironment signal transduction through membranes were performed using well-characterized system with strains non-pathogenic Gram-negative bacterium Escherichia coli. Our results indicate that (i) appears reduce lag period non-motile culture E. coli, (ii) ompC gene, regulated by two-component EnvZ-OmpR, is induced well better than ground controls.
