摘要: Disruption of the circadian rhythm is detrimental to human well being, with consequences ranging from lower productivity, sleep disorder, more serious health problems. Accurate estimation argument critical assessment and treatment disruption. Circadian estimate also essential for light-based entrainment. Direct measurements markers such as dim light melatonin onset are inconvenient acquired at best low rate. Wearable continuous measurement actigraph convenient but masked by many other factors. In this paper, we present a new scheme based on type frequency tracker, called adaptive notch filter (ANF) which commonly used in signal processing. ANF designed track gain phase single sinusoid noisy data. We extend classic multiple harmonics needed tracking. The local stability high order robustness analyzed. highly indirect result unreliable amplitude estimate, generally quite robust. use combined input construct black-box linear time varying (LPV) system description, parameterized estimate. LPV model predicts response inputs can be design feedback control. proposed modeling control method applied three different models rhythm: Kronauer's model, Leloup's Drosophila Neurospora model. Simulation shows that our approach generate reliable effective gain-scheduled without any knowledge underlying ability only input/output data opens up tantalizing possibility personalized estimator therapy.
