摘要: Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma derives from keratinocytes and is the second most common cause of non-melanoma skin cancer. (cSCC) develops rapidly also leading death in cancers. Lymph node metastasis occurs 5% cSCC patients, some patients may even metastasize to viscera. Patients with regional lymphatic or distant metastases have a <20% 10-year survival rate, indicating substantial challenge treating advanced metastatic cSCC. Some lncRNAs been found be abnormally overexpressed many tumor tissues, so that they can considered as potential new biomarkers targets used diagnosis treatment future. In this review, we summarize role lncRNA cutaneous make better understanding mutations lay foundation for effective target therapy
