摘要: Abstract Neonatal nurses have an important role in the implementation of skin to neonatal unit. Through looking at evidence and literature, analysis nurses' promoting for a set neonates receiving special care their parents will be explored. Analysis suggests that has positive impacts such as improved thermoregulation neonates, it can used strategy pain management, increase breast milk production mother is way involve father his baby/babies. There difficulties implementing skin, staffing levels poor communication, but there are methods overcome these barriers make successful nurse, babies parents.
