ZAP70 Expression Within del6q21, del11q13 and del17p13 Cytogenetic Subgroups of Iranian Patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

摘要: Background: B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) is the most common form of in adults. Some reports showed that expression ZAP70 gene and chromosomal abnormality are two prognostic factors management B-CLL Objectives: In this study, we determined mRNA level del17p13, del6q21 del11q13 subgroups Iranian patients to investigate value expression. Patients Methods: cross-sectional fluorescence situ hybridization analysis was carried out on 66 patients. Zap70 evaluated by using Real Time RT-PCR. Results: Molecular increased 2.46 fold subgroup, 2.87 del17p13 1.87 del6q21, compared 15 control group. Comparison standard deviation mean profile within more variability among cases versus tight clustering for del6q21.
