摘要: Raman spectroscopy was applied in this research to monitor the overall health and degradation of porcine livers perfused ex vivo using VasoWaveW® perfusion system. A novel Raman-based diagnostic analysis developed that enables near real-time label-free monitoring organ during designed extend useful life for transplantation. Multivariate statistical spectra perfusate fluid, a combination principal component linear discriminant analysis, proved be an effective technique assess properties livers. Three (with replicates) were under different pressures temperatures compared with 24-h time-course. Results indicated pressure more significant factor than temperature. In addition, non-linear profile identified all three livers, individual demonstrating time-dependent transition from its initial ‘healthy’ state towards ‘unhealthy’ degenerative at 24 h. The spectroscopy-based approach described here has potential applications instrumentation can used transit operating rooms help identify appropriately healthy organs Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
