摘要: Background: Intramuscular venous malformation is characterized by abnormal morphology of blood vessels. In certain cases, it displays an invasion surrounding tissues. The in vitro model its endothelial cell culture has not been reported, and the pathogenesis development clear. Matrix metalloproteinase-9 identified to facilitate migration tumor progression. aim this study was establish primary from intramuscular explore invasive mechanism related matrix metalloproteinase-9. Methods: Explant adopted isolate cells malformation. contrast, with human umbilical vein collected collagenase digestion, biological behavior explored. Western blot, reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction, immunohistochemical were performed measure expression or tissue sections. Results: established successfully using explant culture. Compared cells, indicated more powerful capability expressed at both mRNA protein levels. significantly higher than normal subcutaneous intensity demonstrated no statistically significant differences varying courses, locations, dimensions, infiltration degrees. Conclusions: positive tissues provided circumstantial evidence that may be involved lesions. (Plast. Reconstr. Surg. 123: 1419, 2009.).
