摘要: Primary cutaneous blastomycosis and primary sphaeropsidale infections are rare in children. We present a 6-year-old immunosuppressed girl who had solitary ulceration on her left lower leg which showed histopathologic findings of blastomycosis. She responded readily to oral itraconazole.
