摘要: During development of the peripheral nervous system (PNS), Schwann cells migrate along axons, wrapping individual axons to form a myelin sheath. This process is all mediated by intercellular signaling between neurons and cells. As yet, little known about intracellular mechanisms controlling these morphological changes including cell migration. We previously showed that c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) plays key role in migration before initiation myelination. Here we show JNK, acting through phosphorylation cytoskeletal protein paxillin, regulates it mediates dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neuronal conditioned medium (CM). Phosphorylation paxillin at Ser-178 position, JNK site, observed following stimulation with CM. also detected as result each growth factors contained Knockdown specific small interfering RNA (siRNA) inhibits The reintroduction reverses siRNA-mediated inhibition migration, whereas harboring Ser-178-to-Ala mutation fails reverse it.
