摘要: This study was to investigate the effects of hesperetin on cell proliferation and cycle arrest explored mechanism for these in breast carcinoma MCF-7 cells. Hesperetin significantly inhibited a dose-dependent manner after treatment 48 72 h resulted significant G1 phase. In G1-phase related proteins, downregulates cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) cyclins upregulates p21(Cip1) p27(Kip1) cells treated with h. After treatment, phenomenons were more pronounced. at high concentration decrease CDK2 CDK4 together cyclin D. addition, increases binding but not or p57(Kip2). Taken together, our data suggest first time that regulation p21(Cip1)1 may participate anticancer activity pathway
